I am thrilled to announce an exciting collaboration in the coming year as Safe Haven Psychotherapy & Hypnotherapy joins forces with Hayswood Equestrian in support of a groundbreaking therapeutic experience. Together, we are collaborating on Hayswood Equestrian's 'Making a Difference' Equine Therapy program in 2024, aimed at offering a comprehensive and holistic therapy package, designed to develop self-esteem, confidence, social and independence skills. Integrating traditional psychotherapy and nature therapy (ecotherapy) with the transformative power of equine-assisted therapy, this collaborative initiative seeks to provide our clients with a unique and enriching therapeutic journey to empower them through extensive support to explore and develop their unique talents. This type of therapy combines pluralistic traditional talking therapies with the power of nature and equine therapy to offer a holistic therapy package.  The benefits for children and adults alike are phenomenal, developing self-worth and learning skills to work through trauma, ADHD, BPD, anxiety and depression, and so much more.
