When you get in touch we will arrange a time for you to have an initial consultation during which we will discuss your therapy goals. We will also discuss any questions you may have.
If you are happy to go ahead then we will arrange the number of sessions required in advance and arrange a regular time to meet. I don't believe in dragging sessions out unnecessarily and understand that choosing therapy is a big commitment both emotionally and financially.
There is never any obligation to go ahead with therapy after the initial consultation. Some people change their mind or feel that therapy is not for them and that is fine. In order for any therapy to be successful you have to be ready and willing to fully engage in the process.
