Sarah Conti BSc (Hons) Psy., Cert. Hyp. CS, Dip. CST, MCMA, MHS

I have been working in health care and education settings for the past 20 years and am passionate about helping people by providing professional bespoke therapeutic care.  I specialise in anxiety, self esteem and depression.  I also have training and experience in trauma and the sexual abuse and sexual violence sector, where I continue to volunteer helping survivors find a way forward.

I practice integrative psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, and Nature Therapy (ecotherapy) to help you achieve the changes you desire and improve your quality of life.  I offer kind, non-judgemental and compassionate therapy with an emphasis on self empowerment, wellbeing and care.
