What types of therapy do you offer?

Psychotherapy

I specialise in supporting anxiety, depression and managing ADHD.  Psychotherapy is a form of talking therapy (counselling), that uses a range of different models such as CBT, psychodynamic and person-centred counselling.  By working in a pluralistic way I am able to adapt to your individual needs and offer you the tools and support to empower you to move forward.

Nature Therapy

Some people find being in an office confining and intimidating, I offer nature therapy to allow more freedom to talk in a relaxed outdoor environment, with the added bonus of the natural health benefits of being outside connecting with the environment.

Hypnotherapy

I offer hypnotherapy for a range of issues including phobias, weight-loss, anxiety, work and sports-related performance, and improving self-esteem.  Please do get in touch if you have a specific issue not mentioned above to see how I can help.

I also offer single-session 'stop smoking' hypnotherapy.

How can I book a session?

You can book a session by clicking on a 'book now' button, contacting me through the website, or giving me a call. We can schedule a free 30-minute initial consultation session that's convenient for you to meet me and discuss your needs.  If you are happy to go ahead with therapy we can book you in.  There is no obligation to book if you don't want to.  It is important that you feel comfortable and are happy to go ahead.

Do you offer support for families of neurodivergent individuals?

Yes, as a counsellor with ADHD I offer support and counselling for neurodivergent individuals and their families, offering insights, strategies, and understanding to foster empowerment and a supportive home environment.

How much does therapy cost?

Hypnotherapy and psychotherapy (including nature therapy) sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £60 per session.  I usually recommend weekly sessions (4 for hypnotherapy and ongoing for psychotherapy), which we regularly review.

Hypnotherapy for stopping smoking is a single 90 - 120 minute session, which includes the initial consultation and is £250.  Please book a stop smoking session (not individual or initial consultation) if booking directly online.
