Hypnotherapy Sessions:

Your Journey to Positive Change

Hypnotherapy sessions that are designed to help you achieve your goals in a relaxed and supportive environment. Each session is 50 minutes long and follows a structured approach:

  • Check-in: We begin by discussing your progress and any adjustments needed to your therapy.
  • Relaxation: You'll be guided through a Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) exercise to ease you into a calm state.
  • Deepening: We'll use a deepening technique to help you enter a state of focused attention and receptivity.
  • Therapeutic Hypnosis: This is the core of the session, where we'll use personalised suggestions and imagery to address your specific goals, as discussed in your initial consultation. This part usually lasts around 20-30 minutes.
  • Reflection: We'll conclude by discussing any questions or insights that arose during the session.

Solution-Focused Approach

We typically recommend a series of four sessions:

Session 1: An introduction to hypnotherapy and how it can help you, including visualisations to calm and relax body and mind.
Sessions 2 & 3: Deepening your experience and working towards your goals, as discussed at the Initial Consultation.
Session 4: Fine-tuning your progress and ensuring lasting results for the future.

 

Top-Up Sessions

For those who have previously completed a course of hypnotherapy with me, single "top-up" sessions are available to reinforce your progress and address any new challenges.

An Initial Consultation may be required if you wish to address a new issue or make changes to the focus of previous sessions.
